- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.

- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

- I was very excited to purchase and receive this bag. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by it. The actual color is a light gray with medium pink (bubble gum) interior.... Not as it is illustrated in this photograph. I was expecting a nice charcoal gray with a fuschia to purple interior. I had it monogrammed so I guess I'm stuck with it. It will not be professional enough looking in appearance for me to take with me to meetings and for business travel. (Posted on 1/26/11)
