- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

- I'm so glad I chose this bag. I ordered the blue one, and it's much prettier in person. It's almost a silvery teal, which looks very slick with the black trim. It's very well made, and while there are enough compartments and pockets to hold the necessities of a mobile office (or traveler), it is not overly cumbersome and looks tidy and professional. The computer compartment is well-padded, and I love that the bag stands up on the leather bottom and little metal feet. The handles are long enough to be worn on the shoulder. Very happy with this purchase! For the record, my laptop screen is 17.3" and fits like a glove. (Posted on 5/12/11)
