- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

- This bag is beautiful, but does not take a 17" computer as advertised. The built in compartment is only 12" wide by 8.5" deep. Even putting my 16.5" wide laptop into another compartment does not fit. If you have a much smaller computer or notebook, the bag is awesome, just not as advertised in size. (Posted on 8/23/10)

- After investigating thoroughly, I bought this bag for my 17" Dell and it is FANTASTIC!! I have traveled and this bag withstood air travel. That says a great deal. The retractable handle is sturdy. I am almost 6 ft. tall and this bag with the handle fits me just fine. I actually get compliments from total strangers about this bag. I LOVE this bag! (Posted on 1/16/10)
