1. If I order a bag as a gift for someone else, can they return it?
Absolutely! They can either receive a store credit or we can refund the purchase entirely. Just click the Return Request link below to complete the return/exchange form and we'll take care of the rest.

2. When I measure my laptop screen for size, do I include the entire top part of the laptop, or just the viewable screen?
To measure the screen size of your laptop, measure the diagonal distance of the viewable screen only. Screen size can help you narrow your search for the perfect bag; however, to truly know if your laptop will fit, it's important to measure the L x W x H dimensions of your entire laptop. 3. How long will it take to get my order?
Usually between 3-5 business days. Since we ship from various locations across the U.S., the shipment time will vary based on the bag you choose and where it is shipping. On the info page for each bag, please refer to the Shipping Info tab to find specific shipping info for that product.

4. What's the best way to make sure my laptop fits the bag?
It's always best to measure the physical dimensions of your laptop and compare them to the interior dimensions of the bag, rather than relying on screen size. Visit our Will My Laptop Fit page for a video tutorial on measuring your laptop to ensure it fits the bag you're ordering.

6. If I call, will I have to go through a phone tree?
Don't worry, you'll never have to go through the annoying process of pushing buttons or holding indefinitely. Whenever you call, you will always speak to a real person immediately.

7. How quickly will you reply to my email or voicemail?
We reply to all emails and voice messages the same day when received during business hours. Messages received after hours will be returned promptly first thing the following business day.
