- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.

- Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.
- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

- The bag looks quite good and there is lots of room. However, since the bag has no stiffening other than the plate at the bottom it looses its shape when in use, so I made my own cardboard "frame" inside it for it to keep its shape somewhat. Another thing is that the laptop pocket inside really isn't a pocket, but just a padded wall, so that if you have any small objects in the main compartment (like keys), they can easily slide under the wall and scratch your laptop, so be sure to use the many other pockets for small objects. Another thing is the handle on the bag. While the strap works fine, if you grab the bag by the handle, it feels like stuff might fall out because the bag is very soft and deforms and the magnets on the flap are very weak, so the bag starts opening. Now I haven't had anything fall out, but I imagine that could happen if the bag is completely full. (Posted on 4/12/11)
