- 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed 3 business days. Orders must be placed by 11 am CST for same-day shipping.
- 3 Day Select: Guaranteed 4 business days. Orders must be placed by 11 am CST for same-day shipping.
- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.
- USPS Priority International: 14-28 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility. For more details, click here.
- UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.

- Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.
- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

I have a 16.5" laptop and this backpack is definitely too small. I tried everything but greasing it up and I could not get the zipper closed. The product overview states it can fit up to a 17" laptop but unfortunately that was not the case (no pun intended).
I have decided to keep it to use as a daily backpack because I like the design and it seems well constructed. The coated canvas is very practical. (Posted on 8/28/09)
