| Material: | The t.o.t.e. collection is made from 70% recycled materials. Specifically, we use 100 % cotton canvas and an eco-friendly dying process to create the rich colors of our bags exterior. We also use RPET fabric for all of our lining material – RPET is made from recycled plastic bottles that undergo high temperature washing and sterilization before being made into thread which is then dyed using non toxic vegetable dyes. By recycling and re-using post-consumer materials to make the fabric, we reduce landfill waste while minimizing pollutants required in the fabric production process. |

- 3 Day Select: Guaranteed 4 business days. Orders must be placed by 11 am CST for same-day shipping.
- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.
- USPS Priority International: 14-28 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility. For more details, click here.
- UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.

- Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.
- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.
