- 3 Day Select: Guaranteed 4 business days. Orders must be placed by 11 am CST for same-day shipping.
- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.
- USPS Priority International: 14-28 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility. For more details, click here.
- UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.

- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

I have a 17 inch laptop that I've had such a hard time finding a good bag for that wasn't super oversized and had some colour. I didn't want black but I still wanted something professional.
This bag fits my laptop like a glove. There are more than enough compartments to carry everything I need. This is a great bag and I highly recommend it for anyone. (Posted on 12/4/10)
