We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days and will provide a full refund of store credit for the original product cost.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.
Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

We are happy to provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING in exchange for Store Credit.
How will I receive store credit? Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Certificate Code via email within 1 business day of receipt of the returned package.
Please follow the steps below:
- Return Authorization (RA) Form - Complete this quick & easy Online Return/Exchange Request Form. You must ship your parcel within 30 days of completing this form.
- Label - Please Click Here to Download a FREE USPS Return Label. (You will need Free Adobe Reader to download our shipping label - Click Here to Download Free Adobe ® Reader.) Print label and secure to box.
- Pack It - Pack box securely and include packing slip or RA form.
- Ship It - Items are shipped using U.S.P.S. Parcel Post. Either give your postal carrier the parcel or take it to your local post office. Please allow 7-10 days for item to be received. Parcels must be received within 30 days of completing the Return Authorization Form.
2. RETURN FOR REFUND
Receive FREE RETURN SHIPPING when you place a new order for another bag. Please download the FREE USPS RETURN LABEL below. Orders that are returned outright without placing a new order will not receive free return shipping.

- OPTION 1: You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. If you have not placed a new order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend getting delivery confirmation or insurance on your package, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

- Take the parcel to your local post office or give it to your postal carrier.
- If you are returning your order and are not placing a new order for another bag, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 7-10 days for item to be received.

Refund - You will receive the refund within 1 business day of receipt of the parcel. Keep all shipping paperwork until your card is credited. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
