Return Policy

We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days and will provide a full refund or store credit for the original product cost.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

   2. 1. 2. Must Be Unused: Item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag.

      2. 3. Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.

      3. 4. Complete Return Authorization Form:  Please include either the RA form or include thePacking Slip in the parcel.
         

      4. 5. 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order. Orders returned to us after 30 days will not receive a refund.
         

      5. STORE CREDIT or REFUND

         Please indicate whether you want a store credit or a refund on the Return Authorization Form. Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Certificate Code which can be applied towards another purchase. You will receive the gift certificate code via email within 1 business day of receipt of the returned package. Refunds are issued within 1 business day of receiving your parcel.
