- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

I bought this bag a year and a half ago, and have had to chuck it in my closet at this point. I am a daily bus commuter and needed a bag that served the dual function of a laptop backpack + purse. After about a year of regular use, one of the bottom backpack rings ripped away (these need to be sewed/secured better to the bag). Then, not long ago, the zipper wore out/shredded right at the point where it crosses the laptop compartment strap. Without the zipper being able to close all the way, the bag became useless.
One other drawback: the zippers themselves are metal and are rough, which can snag clothes and scratch your skin when reaching in to the bag.
Even though lots of ladies complimented the bag, the quality just didn't live up to the high price. (Posted on 6/12/11) - very stylish! Review by farrah
- This bag turns heads. I love the way urban junket kills it with style. All their bags have a modern design but they also keep up with the times. I've had this bag for a while now and still get compliments. (Posted on 3/23/11)
- Disappointed with Customer Service Review by Paula
- I purchased this in January 2010 and loved it. Others did, too, as I received compliments almost daily. Then, about a month ago, the zipper broke. I contacted CoolBags who told me that the designer did have problems with the zipper and that I could get the zipper repaired at a local shoe repair shop. I did this. The zipper broke again within 3 weeks. Get this - the designer refuses to replace with a new bag, even though the designer admitted to the design flaw. Thank you to CoolBags who DID stand by their services; they offered a replacement. Thank you to CoolBags for their outstanding customer service. And, shame on the designer who said "no way." - I bought this bag as a Christmas present for myself and I can't say enough about how much I love it. It is lightweight, well organized and I love the color. I use the small bag for my cords and they fit perfectly. I think that someone has complimented me on this bag every day since I started using it - I might just have to get myself another color for my birthday. (Posted on 1/5/10)
