Parcels shipping from more than 1 location will receive more than 1 tracking number.
You may track your package at www.ups.com.
Items shipped via Priority Mail will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number. Priority Mail does NOT track packages.

Body of email should include your Order Number, name and product you are returning.

Please include your packing slip with your return.
Some packages may require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If needed, Cool Computer Bags will email you the RA#, which should be written on the outside of the box.
Shipping labels will be sent via email.
Customers may either send the package from a UPS store or hand it directly to your UPS driver.
CoolComputerBags.com does not schedule package pick-ups.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Free return shipping not available for International orders.
Some bags should be shipped back directly to the manufacturer, not Cool Computer Bags.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
You may return an item for any reason!
Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Items received after 30 days will receive a store credit.
To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned unused with tags attached.
