- UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.
- USPS Priority International: 14-28 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility. For more details, click here.
- UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.

- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.

- Cute, but not worth the money Review by Mandy On-the-Go
- I ordered this laptop bag to use for my personal laptop and accessories. It is very spacious and services the purpose well; however, the monogramming looks weird. I chose the "Empire" style of monogramming, which is has your last name initial in the center, first initial on the left and middle initial on the right. The center initial is supposed to be noticeably larger than the other two, but it is not. Its nearly the same size...so it looks like my initials were stitched on there incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend getting the Empire style of monogram. Other than that...its a nice bag. (Posted on 2/9/11)
