Though neoprene may feel good and spongy to your hands, it actually provides very little in the way of shock protection. The Flak Jacket combines low resilience, highly shock absorbing foam with corrugated plastic stiffeners to provide complete protection for your laptop in a slim, lightweight solution. Not only is the low resillience foam more environmentally friendly than neoprene, but in the event of a fall, it’s friendlier to your computer as well. - UPS Standard to Canada: 7-10 business days. Please note that customs fees and duties are customer's responsibility.

- UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2-Day, 3-Day and Overnight shipments may take one additional business day.

- Secure Packing: Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Complete Return Authorization Form: This ensures the quickest, easiest way to recieve your refund or store credit. Please include either the RA form or your Packing Slip in the parcel.
- 30 Days to Return - Please complete the Return Authorization form AND ship your parcel within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Monograms - Unfortunately monogrammed bags are not eligible for a return.
