Kathy Seigler: President/CEO
Kathy Seigler founded CoolComputerBags with her husband in 2007. As the President of a small company, Kathy is directly involved in the day-to-day operations including order processing, customer service, inventory management, marketing, and merchandising.
Kathy draws from a background in fashion retail and customer service and also holds two graduate degrees in the field of psychology. Running a new company and having 2 small children keeps her pretty busy, but never too busy to reply to customer emails. David Garvin: CFO
Chairman, David Garvin, brings more than 50 years of experience as an entrepreneur and businessman. David is the founder and former President/CEO of Camping World, one of the largest privately held companies in Kentucky and a Top 500 Etailer.
In addition to business boards & interests, David has held numerous other public service boards and was also vice-chairman of The Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board under two governors. His business philosophy is based on giving customers outstanding customer service. He coined the phrase still used by Camping World today, “Not One Unhappy Customer. Not Even One.”
DeAnna Roberts: Awesome Director of Customer Service & Vendor Relations
DeAnna Roberts joined the team in 2009. She has more than 10 years of experience in brick-and-mortar retail management for apparel companies, Anthropology, and American Eagle.
I am excited to contribute what I learned there and love helping customers find the perfect bag to fit their style. When I am not selling great laptop bags I enjoy hiking, canoeing, and playing disc golf.
Ben Walker: Amazing Inventory and Warehouse Manager
Ben has worked in customer service and inventory management for the past 10 years. He must love a challenge because he has the difficult task of managing inventory and shipping orders. He truly has a passion for helping customers and loves talking with them on the phone. One thing is for sure, whatever the task at hand he will have a smile on his face.
When Ben’s not busy shipping orders all over the world he enjoys working out and playing with his dog, Mushi.
